- • The Sr Clinical Research Associate II (Finland) role is critical to ensuring the integrity, safety, and compliance of clinical trials conducted across Finland and potentially broader European sites, directly contributing to the advancement of life-saving therapies through rigorous monitoring and site management.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include performing site qualification, initiation, interim monitoring, and close-out visits (on-site or remote), verifying informed consent processes, reviewing source documents and case report forms for accuracy, managing investigational product handling, maintaining Trial Master File and Investigator Site File compliance, identifying and resolving data discrepancies, supporting patient recruitment and retention, preparing for and attending investigator meetings, mentoring junior CRAs, and contributing to audit readiness and process improvement initiatives.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- • Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirements
- • Must demonstrate good computer skills and be able to embrace new technologies
- • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Moderate level of critical thinking skills expected.
- • Ability to manage required travel of up to 75% on a regular basis
