- • The Sr Clinical Strategist at Government Employees Health Association, Inc. (G.E.H.A) is a consulting-level professional responsible for applying clinical expertise and strategic thinking to improve health outcomes for federal employees, retirees, and their families by influencing population health initiatives and organizational processes.
- • Day to day, the role involves producing executive communications for senior leadership, developing and implementing enterprise-wide strategies using evidence-based practices, collaborating across departments to drive process improvements, advising leadership on clinical operations risks and opportunities, and leading initiatives without direct reports while ensuring adherence to project scope and timelines.
- • G.E.H.A is a nonprofit member association headquartered in Lee’s Summit, Missouri, serving millions of federal employees and military retirees with health and dental benefits since 1937, with a mission to empower federal workers to be healthy and well through accessible, innovative care solutions.
