- • As a Sr. Consultant in Cloud Red Team Blue Team (CRTBT), you will lead engagements as a Blue Teamer, supporting customer SOC/IR teams in threat hunting and incident response while CrowdStrike Red Teamers simulate real breach attempts to generate actionable detections.
- • You will work closely with customers to assess existing security controls, provide recommendations based on detection and response capabilities, manage full project lifecycles from kickoff to report delivery, and drive long-term enhancements to the CRTBT offering to improve clients’ ability to prevent and recover from breaches.
- • CrowdStrike is a global cybersecurity leader protecting organizations with its AI-native platform, stopping breaches across industries through innovation, customer obsession, and a mission-driven culture that empowers employees with flexibility and autonomy.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in cloud security, incident response, and purple teaming, build strategic client relationships, and grow as a trusted advisor in offensive and defensive security operations while contributing to CrowdStrike’s mission of stopping breaches worldwide.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2-3 years experience in incident response consulting services or MSSP roles with strong background in one or more public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Microsoft Entra ID/M365, GCP)
- • 1-2 years conducting Red Team Blue Team or Purple Team exercises
- • 5+ years cybersecurity industry experience overall, ideally in hands-on roles such as security engineering or detection engineering
- • Experience with at least one log search engine/SIEM (Splunk, Azure Sentinel, LogScale, etc.)
- • Experience implementing information security programs in domains like endpoint, cloud, network security, threat intelligence, or SOCs
- • Proven track record in technical and creative problem solving with analytical expertise for quick resolution
