- • The Senior Content Marketing Manager, Faculty Programs develops and executes a strategic content program that drives faculty customer brand awareness, audience engagement, and business growth, playing a key role in supporting Cengage’s mission to help learners discover the power and joy of learning through innovative education solutions.
- • Day to day, the role involves partnering with content marketers to build faculty marketing strategies, developing and maintaining content calendars, creating high-quality content across formats (blogs, ebooks, videos, case studies, sales enablement), collaborating with internal and external teams to produce audience-focused material, optimizing content for performance using data and SEO, and enabling sales and demand teams with lifecycle content that supports the full faculty customer journey.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree required, degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field preferred
- • Minimum of 7 years of experience in content marketing, editorial, publishing or storytelling roles
- • Ability to develop and execute content strategies that drive measurable results
- • Sophisticated writing and editing skills and the ability to adapt tone across formats and audiences
- • Strong understanding of digital content, SEO fundamentals, and content distribution
- • Experience partnering cross-functionally in fast-paced, matrixed environments
