- • The Sr Content Marketing Manager at Cengage Learning Holdings II, Inc. develops and executes strategic content programs that drive brand awareness, audience engagement, and business growth, playing a critical role in supporting the company’s mission to help learners discover the power and joy of learning through education technology.
- • Day to day, the role involves partnering with content marketers to build comprehensive content strategies, creating and managing high-quality content across formats (blogs, ebooks, videos, case studies), aligning content with product launches and campaigns, collaborating with Demand and Growth teams to support acquisition and retention, optimizing content for SEO and performance, tracking key metrics, and serving as a content thought partner to Product Marketing, Brand, Sales, and Leadership.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree required, with preference for marketing, communications, journalism, or related field
- • Minimum of 7 years of experience in content marketing, editorial, publishing, or storytelling roles
- • Ability to develop and execute content strategies that drive measurable results
- • Sophisticated writing and editing skills with ability to adapt tone across formats and audiences
- • Strong understanding of digital content, SEO fundamentals, and content distribution
- • Experience partnering cross-functionally in fast-paced, matrixed environments
