📋 Description

• The Sr. Corporate Accounting Manager, Technical Accounting role is critical to scaling Rula Health’s accounting function with precision, compliance, and innovation, ensuring financial integrity as the company grows in the mental healthcare space.
• Day to day, the role involves overseeing all Corporate Accounting functions (excluding Revenue and Payroll), managing and developing a team, owning the Technical Accounting function, ensuring US GAAP compliance, preparing technical accounting memos, and driving process improvements across the accounting organization.
• Rula Health is a remote-first, mission-driven company dedicated to expanding access to quality mental healthcare by treating the whole person with evidence-based, compassionate care, and currently hiring across most U.S. states.
• In this role, the individual will develop leadership and technical expertise in corporate accounting, influence cross-functional stakeholders, shape accounting policy and process excellence, and contribute to the financial foundation of a growing healthcare innovator.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive experience in Corporate Accounting
• 2+ years of experience managing and developing teams
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP with ability to guide teams and ensure compliant accounting practices
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Active CPA license
