- • As a Senior Clinical Research Associate I (Sr CRA I) based in Barcelona with sponsor dedication, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, compliance, and timely execution of clinical trials across multiple sites, directly contributing to the advancement of life-saving therapies.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting site qualification, initiation, interim monitoring, and close-out visits (on-site or remote), verifying informed consent processes, reviewing source documents and case report forms, managing investigational product accountability, and ensuring adherence to ICH-GCP, local regulations, and company SOPs.
- • You will join Syneos Health’s Clinical Solutions team, a global leader in integrated life sciences services, collaborating with passionate problem-solvers in a Full-Service or Functional Service Provider environment to drive customer success in drug development and commercialization.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- • 3 years of experience as a CRA with oncology experience required
- • Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirements
- • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with moderate critical thinking ability
- • Ability to manage required travel of up to 75% on a regular basis
- • Good computer skills and ability to embrace new technologies
