- • The Sr CRA II - Site Care Partner role is a sponsor-dedicated position based in São Paulo, Brazil, supporting clinical trial execution for Syneos Health’s life sciences clients. This role ensures regulatory compliance, data integrity, and patient safety across clinical study sites, directly contributing to the advancement of healthcare innovations.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting site qualification, initiation, interim monitoring, and close-out visits (on-site or remote); verifying informed consent processes; reviewing source documents and case report forms; managing investigational product handling; maintaining site files; supporting audit readiness; and mentoring junior CRAs. The role requires adapting to changing priorities, managing site-level activities, and collaborating with sponsor and local teams to meet project timelines and quality standards.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- • Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirements
- • Must demonstrate good computer skills and be able to embrace new technologies
- • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Basic level of critical thinking skills expected.
- • Ability to manage required travel of up to 75% on a regular basis
