- • The Sr CRA II - Site Care Partner role at Syneos Health is a home-based position in Sao Paulo, Brazil, dedicated to supporting sponsor-specific clinical trials through site qualification, monitoring, and close-out activities, ensuring regulatory compliance and data integrity across the study lifecycle.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting site qualification, initiation, interim monitoring, and close-out visits (on-site or remote), verifying informed consent processes, reviewing source documents and case report forms, managing investigational product accountability, maintaining site files, supporting patient recruitment and retention, preparing for investigator meetings, mentoring junior CRAs, and contributing to audit readiness and process improvements.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- • At least 5-7 years of experience in clinical research monitoring and Oncology
- • Located in Sao Paulo, Brazil
- • Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirements
- • Good computer skills and ability to embrace new technologies
- • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- • Ability to manage required travel of up to 75% on a regular basis
