- • The Sr. CRA (Senior Clinical Research Associate) role in Riyadh is a critical position supporting a single sponsor in Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) clinical trials, ensuring the integrity, safety, and regulatory compliance of study execution across investigational sites.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting site qualification, initiation, interim monitoring, and close-out visits—both on-site and remotely—while verifying informed consent processes, reviewing source documents and case report forms, managing investigational product accountability, and escalating safety or protocol deviations promptly.
- • The role operates within Syneos Health’s Clinical Development model, which centers patients and customers in every process, leveraging agile, collaborative teams to accelerate therapy delivery across global markets.
- • The person in this role will deepen expertise in ICH-GCP guidelines, gain hands-on experience in CKD-focused oncology and renal trials, and develop leadership in site management, data quality assurance, and cross-functional communication—positioning them for advancement into lead CRA, clinical trial management, or therapeutic area specialist roles within a global biopharmaceutical solutions leader.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- • Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirements
- • Must demonstrate good computer skills and be able to embrace new technologies
- • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Moderate level of critical thinking skills expected.
- • Ability to manage required travel of up to 75% on a regular basis
