- ⢠The Sr CRA Oncology Germany role is a critical position within Syneos Healthās Clinical Solutions team, responsible for ensuring the quality, compliance, and timely execution of oncology clinical trials across Germany. This role directly contributes to accelerating life-saving therapies by maintaining rigorous standards in clinical monitoring and site management.
- ⢠Day-to-day responsibilities include performing site qualification, initiation, interim monitoring, and close-out visits (on-site or remote); verifying informed consent processes; reviewing source documents and case report forms; managing investigational product handling; ensuring regulatory compliance with ICH-GCP and local regulations; preparing trip reports and communication logs; supporting patient recruitment and retention; adapting to changing project priorities; and mentoring junior CRA staff.
