- • The Sr CRA - Sponsor Dedicated role at Syneos Health is critical to ensuring the quality, compliance, and timely execution of clinical trials for a single sponsor partnership in Belgium. This position directly contributes to patient safety and data integrity by overseeing clinical site activities in alignment with ICH-GCP and local regulations.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include performing site qualification, initiation, interim monitoring, and close-out visits (on-site or remote), verifying informed consent processes, reviewing source documents and case report forms, managing investigational product accountability, maintaining essential documentation (ISF/TMF), and supporting audit readiness. The role also involves training junior CRAs, liaising with site staff, and participating in global monitoring meetings.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- • Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirements
- • Previous monitoring experience in Belgium
- • Fluent in both Dutch and French
- • Ability to manage required travel for monitoring visits
