📋 Description

• As a Sr. Creative Operations Manager at Rula Health, you will serve as the operational backbone of the Creative Studio, ensuring the seamless execution of creative projects from intake to delivery while supporting the company’s mission to destigmatize mental health and deliver compassionate, evidence-based care.
• You will lead the vision and operational execution of all creative work, managing end-to-end project lifecycles, resourcing, timelines, and cross-functional coordination to guarantee on-time delivery of high-quality creative assets at scale, directly enabling marketing, product, and growth teams to achieve their strategic objectives.
• You will act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders across marketing, product, growth, and other departments, translating business strategy into actionable operational plans and ensuring creative output aligns with company priorities and goals.
• You will continuously improve Creative Studio operations by identifying and implementing industry best practices, evaluating and adopting new tools and technologies, and sourcing emerging creative talent to keep Rula’s brand innovative and competitive.
• You will proactively identify risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs in creative initiatives, driving solutions across teams to maintain momentum and quality while balancing creative excellence with operational constraints and business needs.
• You will design and refine intake models, prioritization frameworks, and workflow systems to increase efficiency, transparency, and scalability within the Creative Studio, enabling the team to handle growing demand without sacrificing quality.
• You will leverage your expertise in creative project management platforms such as Asana, Monday, Airtable, Jira, or similar systems to track progress, manage dependencies, and provide real-time visibility into project status for leadership and stakeholders.
• You will foster a culture of collaboration and continuous learning by sharing insights, mentoring junior team members, and promoting best practices in creative operations across the organization.
• You will contribute to Rula’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion by helping ensure that creative processes and outputs reflect diverse perspectives and support an inclusive workplace where all employees feel seen, heard, and valued.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in creative operations, project management, or a related role within an in-house creative team, agency, or fast-paced organization
• Expertise leading multiple creative projects simultaneously from intake through delivery, including managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations
• Mastery of creative project management tools and systems (e.g., Asana, Monday, Airtable, Jira, or similar)
• Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy into operational plans and align creative work with company priorities
• Experience designing and implementing intake models, prioritization frameworks, and workflow optimization strategies
• Proven track record of identifying risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs early and driving cross-functional solutions
