- • The Sr. CTM with oncology experience (Sponsor dedicated) role at Syneos Health is critical to ensuring the successful execution of clinical trials by overseeing site management, monitoring, and compliance activities that directly impact patient safety, data integrity, and trial timelines.
- • Day to day, the individual will oversee site interactions from activation to closeout, manage CRAs and Central Monitors, review study documentation for protocol and GCP compliance, coordinate with cross-functional teams (Data Management, Patient Recruitment, QA), develop and maintain clinical tools and templates, conduct training, identify and mitigate risks, and serve as an escalation point for site and sponsor communications.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- • Demonstrated expertise in site management and monitoring (clinical or central)
- • Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirements
- • Demonstrated ability to lead and align teams in the achievement of project milestones
- • Strong conflict resolution skills
- • Demonstrated ability to apply problem solving techniques to resolve complex issues and apply a risk management approach
