- • As a Sr. Customer Success Advisor at Illumio, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer value by ensuring successful onboarding, adoption, and expansion of Illumio’s breach containment platform, directly contributing to the company’s mission of stopping cyberattacks before they become disasters through personalized, strategic partnership.
- • You will develop deep cross-functional expertise across IT Security, IT Operations, Infrastructure, and Application Portfolio Management, collaborating with Sales, Professional Services, Support, Product Management, Engineering, and the Office of the CTO to build and execute strategic roadmaps that align with customer outcomes and drive long-term success.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include monitoring adoption health, identifying and resolving adoption barriers, forecasting and managing renewals, partnering with Sales on expansion opportunities, and establishing trusted advisor relationships with executive sponsors and technical stakeholders through Quarterly Executive Business Reviews (EBRs).
- • You will build and document strategic roadmaps for each customer, define success metrics with executive sponsors, onboard customers with high quality and speed, coordinate product gap resolutions with the product team, and capture use cases and value stories to enrich Illumio’s Customer Success repository.
- • The Customer Success team at Illumio is central to the company’s vision of enabling Zero Trust and operational resilience for over one million workloads globally, fostering a culture of loyalty and partnership by delivering precise, expert support through a focused product portfolio.
- • In this role, you will grow your ability to influence C-suite and technical leaders, master enterprise SaaS renewal and expansion motions, and become a trusted advisor in cybersecurity resilience — positioning yourself as a strategic partner who helps global organizations contain ransomware and breaches before they escalate.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Professional Services, or a related customer-facing role
- • Proven ability to build trust and communicate effectively with C-Suite, VP, and Director-level contacts, as well as day-to-day platform users
- • Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese (written and verbal)
