📋 Description

• • As a Senior Customer Success Advisor at Illumio, you will play a critical role in driving customer value by helping clients onboard, adopt, and successfully utilize Illumio’s breach containment platform to achieve their desired outcomes, directly contributing to customer retention, expansion, and referenceability.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include developing cross-functional knowledge across IT Security, IT Operations, Infrastructure, and Application Portfolio Management; conducting Executive Business Reviews; monitoring Adoption Health; identifying and resolving adoption issues; forecasting and managing renewals; partnering with Sales to identify expansion opportunities; building strategic customer roadmaps; coordinating with Product and Engineering teams on feature gaps; and documenting customer use cases to enrich the Customer Success repository.
• • You will join a mission-driven Customer Success team at Illumio, a leader in ransomware and breach containment powered by the Illumio AI Security Graph, dedicated to enabling Zero Trust and operational resilience for organizations worldwide by protecting over one million workloads globally.
• • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in enterprise cybersecurity and SaaS customer success, strengthen your ability to engage C-suite and technical stakeholders, lead cross-functional initiatives, and become a trusted advisor who shapes customer strategy and drives measurable outcomes in NRR and product adoption.
