  • • The Sr. Customer Success Manager ensures customers achieve their desired outcomes with OSV services by acting as a trusted advisor who leads customers through defined success criteria to maximize value from services.
  • • Day to day, the role involves managing overall customer relationships, establishing trusted advisor relationships, acting as a liaison between customers and OSV service delivery areas, developing success plans with critical success factors and metrics, prioritizing and resolving escalated customer challenges, promoting two-way communication, monitoring customer adoption of OSV services and Workday technology, leveraging customer relationships for prospect references, keeping customers informed of process changes, demonstrating competency in Workday Financials, HCM, and Payroll, and collaborating with client project managers and executive teams to identify and resolve satisfaction-impacting issues.
  • • OneSource Virtual (OSV) is the leading exclusive provider of Business-Process-as-a-Service (BPaaS) solutions for Workday, helping over 1,000 Workday customers transform from transactional to operational excellence in HR, payroll, and finance since 2008, with headquarters in Dallas, Texas and global operations across North America and Europe.
  • • The person in this role can learn deep expertise in Workday product suites, develop strategic advisory skills at the executive level, gain experience driving customer adoption and retention in a high-growth BPaaS environment, and advance their career through OSV’s values-based culture that rewards innovation, collaboration, and professional development with upward mobility opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 2-5 years in a customer facing services role (consulting or account management) that includes problem solving at both the business owner and executive levels
  • • Proven ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with customers, especially at the executive level
  • • Proven ability to engage across corporate functions (Services, Professional Services, Product Management)
  • • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to chair meetings or host webinars
  • • Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience
  • • Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills
