  • • As a Senior Customer Success Manager for Propelus’ Data Solutions portfolio, you will own the full lifecycle of high-value data customers, acting as a trusted advisor who bridges technical integration and executive strategy to drive customer success in healthcare compliance.
  • • You will manage strategic accounts by guiding complex API onboarding, resolving technical issues, leading business reviews, and identifying expansion opportunities while serving as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients in identity verification, background screening, and credentialing.
  • • You will collaborate with Customer Success Leadership to build and standardize cross-functional processes between Support, Professional Services, and Success teams, ensuring seamless handoffs and scalable operations as the product line grows.
  • • You will influence product development by translating customer feedback into actionable insights, defining customer journeys, setting value milestones, and helping shape the roadmap to improve product-market fit for new data solutions.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven track record in B2B SaaS Customer Success managing enterprise-level accounts
  • • Direct experience in Professional Background Verification, Identity Compliance, or Workforce Credentialing, including familiarity with regulatory standards such as FCRA or NCQA
  • • Experience launching or scaling a new product line as a founding CSM, with ability to define customer journeys, set value milestones, and build strategic frameworks
  • • Comfort with APIs and technical troubleshooting, able to explain technical risks and business impact to C-suite stakeholders
  • • Proficiency with CS platforms (e.g., Gainsight) and CRMs (e.g., HubSpot)
  • • Adept at synthesizing customer behavior and friction points into strategic insights for product teams
