  • • As a Senior Customer Success Manager (Public Sector) at Zimperium, you will manage post-sale customer relationships for Federal Civilian/Defense agencies and State, Local, and Education (SLED) entities, ensuring renewals, driving expansion, and delivering business value through the company’s mobile threat defense platform.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities include proactively managing client accounts, driving product adoption and demonstrating business value, serving as a trusted advisor with technical and domain expertise, managing customer satisfaction and risk escalations, gathering customer feedback for product improvement, and assisting with onboarding and deployment planning.
  • • You will join a fast-growing leader in enterprise mobile security that provides real-time, on-device protection against known and unknown cyber threats for iOS, Android, and Windows devices using a privacy-preserving, machine learning-based engine.
  • • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise security and mobility, strengthen your ability to act as a strategic advisor to government clients, influence product development through customer insights, and achieve measurable impact in customer retention, expansion, and satisfaction within the public sector.

🎯 Requirements

  • • B.S. in Computer Science or an equivalent engineering degree
  • • 10+ years of experience working with enterprise software solutions, with startup experience desirable
  • • 5+ years of experience in customer success roles, preferably with security companies, managing large enterprise and/or federal customers
  • • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills and good business acumen; domain expertise in mobility and security is highly desirable
  • • Ability to travel
