- • As a Senior Data Analyst on our data team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our business intelligence capabilities. Your primary focus will be on maintaining and enhancing our existing financial and operational dashboards, as well as developing new ones to meet evolving business needs. This is an opportunity to be a key contributor to a data-driven organization, leveraging cutting-edge tools to provide critical insights.
- • You will be instrumental in managing and expanding our reporting and analytics infrastructure, with a significant focus on Sigma Computing. This includes building new reports, refining existing ones, and ultimately taking ownership of the Sigma Computing platform within the company. This responsibility requires a deep dive into our data landscape and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- • A core aspect of this role involves collaborating closely with various teams across the organization. You will engage with stakeholders to understand their unique reporting requirements, translate these needs into actionable analytics projects, and deliver high-quality reporting deliverables. Building strong, collaborative relationships and developing a profound understanding of our data and reporting capabilities will be essential for your success.
- • You will be a go-to resource for data-related inquiries and insights, empowering your colleagues across different departments to better understand their business metrics and make more informed, data-backed decisions. This leadership aspect involves not just providing data, but also educating and enabling others to leverage data effectively.
- • Working within our established data stack, you will utilize Fivetran for data ingestion, Snowflake for data warehousing, dbt for data transformation, Metaplane for data quality monitoring, Airflow for workflow orchestration, and GitHub for version control. This technical environment will allow you to work directly with source data that significantly impacts our business intelligence and reporting.
- • A crucial part of your role will be partnering with the broader data team and other departments to meticulously monitor and ensure the accuracy and integrity of our data. You will actively identify areas for improvement and collaborate on developing and implementing robust solutions to enhance data quality and reliability.
- • Success in this position is defined by your ability to deliver actionable insights that directly influence strategic decisions, your commitment to providing reliable and trusted reporting that our colleagues depend on, and your capacity to deliver analysis in a timely manner to support our fast-paced initiatives.
- • You are expected to be a "BI rockstar," demonstrating a high level of expertise, creativity, and problem-solving skills in the business intelligence domain. This means not only executing tasks but also proactively identifying opportunities and driving innovation in our data analytics practices.
- • You will contribute significantly to our dbt modeling efforts, applying your strong SQL skills and adhering to best practices using Git for version control. This involves transforming raw data into well-structured, analysis-ready datasets that power our business intelligence tools.

🎯 Requirements
- • Expertise with financial and operational reporting using Sigma Computing.
- • Deep understanding of Salesforce data, particularly as it pertains to financial reporting.
- • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases.
- • Data modeling/analytics engineering experience using tools like dbt and git.
- • Proven experience with leveraging AI tools to optimize efficiency in professional settings.
