- • Drive the development of the Sales Information and Analytics team to analyze field sales performance trends, field orders, and related sales issues, including individual and branch/agency results as requested by field management, Finance, and Senior Leadership.
- • Identify sales trends and recommend data-driven actions to support or eliminate those trends based on business needs and leadership requests.
- • Lead the development plan for Microsoft Power BI by educating users, creating, and delivering actionable dashboards, including executive-level sales dashboards for monthly review by Senior Sales Management.
- • Serve as the subject matter expert on the Azure system by holding regular meetings with IS partners to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and alignment with reporting requirements.
- • Collaborate with internal business partners to support the development, enhancement, and maintenance of their Power BI reports and analytics resources.
- • Calculate monthly field sales performance metrics and facilitate the creation of recognition tools used by Senior Sales Management to reward top performers.
- • Conduct quarterly audits of existing sales reporting processes to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements that enhance data accuracy and ease of report utilization.
- • Support annual national sales initiatives by developing and providing materials for team learning and internal marketing efforts to promote analytics capabilities.
- • Translate high-level business requirements into technical and functional specifications using a combination of technical understanding and business acumen.
- • Maintain and enhance team resources, systems, and processes to ensure scalable and reliable sales analytics infrastructure.
- • Travel up to 20% to support team initiatives, partner meetings, and field engagement activities as required.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree
- • 2+ years of experience in sales operations or data analytics
- • Experience in Power BI
