- • The Sr. Data & Financial Systems Analyst plays a critical role in Fullsteam’s Zuora data migration initiative, ensuring accurate, scalable, and audit-ready data transformation and validation from NetSuite and other source systems to support seamless billing, revenue recognition, and financial reporting.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include scrubbing, transforming, and validating large datasets using Excel and Power Query; preparing and reviewing Zuora Data Loader templates; performing tie-outs and variance analyses; supporting GL structure setup and ABR template alignment; assessing NetSuite configurations for optimization; documenting end-to-end migration and reconciliation processes; and training internal teams on Zuora workflows and reporting procedures.

- • In this role, the analyst will deepen expertise in subscription billing systems, financial data governance, and cross-functional process optimization; gain hands-on experience with Zuora and NetSuite in a high-stakes migration context; develop audit-ready documentation and training materials; and position themselves as a trusted advisor in financial systems transformation, with clear pathways to lead future initiatives in billing, revenue, or financial operations.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- • 4+ years of experience supporting financial systems, data migration, data validation, or financial operations in a SaaS or subscription-based environment
- • Strong hands-on proficiency with Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data reconciliation techniques
- • Hands-on experience with Zuora data structures, Data Loader templates, and migration processes
- • Working knowledge of NetSuite record structures, GL configuration, and transactional data flows
- • Experience producing and documenting reconciliations, tie-outs, and variance analysis between systems
