This position is instrumental in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timely delivery of health and dental benefit data, which millions of federal employees and retirees rely on. You will be at the forefront of data management, working closely with internal teams and external partners to uphold the high standards of service that G.E.H.A has provided since 1937.
- • Your primary responsibility will involve the seamless integration of leased partner network data into the I-Network (Network Data Management and Exchange System). This includes overseeing the creation and delivery of network products like CDFLEX and Connection Dental, ensuring that data transfer protocols are meticulously met and that product delivery jobs are built and executed efficiently. You will collaborate with GEHA Operations to direct these processes, maintaining robust system stability and meeting all contractual delivery requirements.
- • A significant aspect of your role will be ensuring the impeccable data quality of all products delivered. This data is crucial for maintaining the internal claims systems of our external clients and for accurate filing with state regulatory agencies. You will work hand-in-hand with key stakeholders from client systems teams to guarantee the successful delivery of these products and to manage SFTP site access, ensuring secure and reliable data exchange.
- • You will be a key contributor to the development of analytical insights for both current and prospective clients. This involves leveraging data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, providing valuable intelligence that supports business development and client retention efforts.

This expertise will be vital in creating detailed data requirements and maintaining comprehensive documentation for new projects and system enhancements. Your collaboration with I-Network developers and the project management team will be essential in translating client needs into technical specifications and ensuring the successful delivery of customer products.
- • You will be responsible for the creation and oversight of service tickets related to change control management, ensuring that all modifications and updates to the I-Network are tracked, managed, and implemented effectively. Furthermore, you will conduct thorough Quality Assurance reviews of projects and enhancements, providing the necessary sign-off for production deployment to guarantee that all deliverables meet our stringent quality standards.
- • Data cleansing of the leased partners network data will be a core duty. You will collaborate directly with network partners to identify and resolve any data discrepancies, ensuring the highest level of data accuracy and consistency. This proactive approach to data integrity is fundamental to the reliability of our services.
- • You will actively participate in the development of standards, design, and implementation of proactive processes for data collection and reporting. This includes contributing to the creation of best practices that enhance efficiency and accuracy across all data-related operations.
- • A valuable aspect of this role is the opportunity to mentor other team members on the effective use of the I-Network system, sharing your knowledge and expertise to foster a skilled and capable team.
- • You will also be responsible for working through service issue tickets, providing essential support to the National Accounts team to resolve client inquiries and maintain strong customer relationships. Additionally, you will act as a backup for network reporting requests, ensuring continuity and comprehensive support for all data analysis needs.
- • This remote role requires a dedicated home office environment with reliable, high-speed internet service (Fiber, DSL, or cable modem) meeting specific speed and latency requirements, and a commitment to protecting sensitive member information in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
