- • The Sr Developer, HR AI Technology role at Labcorp focuses on designing, building, and deploying AI-powered applications to transform HR functions such as talent acquisition, employee experience, workforce analytics, and learning & development using IBM watsonx and modern AI/ML frameworks.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include developing full-stack AI applications, building agentic workflows, implementing APIs and microservices, creating RAG pipelines, integrating with HR platforms like Workday and ServiceNow, monitoring model performance, ensuring compliance with security and ethical AI standards, and collaborating with HR and engineering teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- • The role is part of Labcorp’s HR Technology team, reporting to the Director of HR AI Solutions & Architecture, and operates within a remote-first setup in Bengaluru, India, on the 2nd shift, supporting enterprise-wide AI innovation in HR.
- • The incumbent will gain deep expertise in enterprise AI implementation, LLM operations, system integration, and ethical AI governance while contributing to scalable, production-grade HR AI solutions that enhance workforce productivity and decision-making.
