  • • Lead OneSource Virtual's (OSV) enterprise-wide artificial intelligence (AI) adoption initiative, acting as the primary driver for strategic implementation of cutting-edge AI technologies across all departments and business functions.
  • • Orchestrate comprehensive communication plans, ensuring seamless integration and alignment of AI strategies across diverse teams including technology, operations, customer service, sales, HR, legal, and executive leadership, all while maintaining a steadfast connection to overarching business objectives.
  • • Guide and facilitate strategic conversations, steering them towards clear, decisive actions and the development of implementable solutions. This involves ensuring productive outcomes in AI strategy sessions, rigorous vendor evaluations, and detailed cross-departmental implementation planning.
  • • Take ownership of the budget for all AI transformation initiatives. This includes meticulous planning, oversight, and optimization of expenditures related to technology procurement, essential training investments, development resources, and the comprehensive measurement of Return on Investment (ROI) across the entire organization.
  • • Develop and deliver high-impact, executive-level presentations. Craft compelling narratives and data-driven insights on AI strategy, implementation progress, emerging competitive advantages, and critical business impact metrics to inform and influence senior leadership.
  • • Proactively identify and cultivate future leaders within the organization. Implement metrics-driven development programs and robust succession planning initiatives to nurture and mentor next-generation AI leaders, ensuring a pipeline of talent.
  • • Design, implement, and continuously enhance sophisticated metric-based tracking systems and success measurement frameworks. Apply these to all AI adoption groups and champion the adoption of similar measurement methodologies for other transformation initiatives.
  • • Cultivate and maintain clearly articulated, influential opinions on AI strategy. Actively shape and guide organizational and industry-wide perspectives towards strategic AI adoption positions, establishing OSV as a thought leader.
  • • Demonstrate exceptional planning and negotiation prowess, particularly during periods of significant organizational change and technological disruption. Maintain and accelerate transformation momentum even under the most complex and challenging conditions.
  • • Establish and enforce accountability across multiple groups, including dedicated AI working groups, departmental implementation teams, and crucial vendor partners, ensuring the successful delivery of work in coordination with overarching transformation objectives.
  • • Evaluate, recommend, and procure tailored AI training materials for each department. Conduct thorough assessments of organizational needs to ensure effective knowledge transfer and skill development across all business functions, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
  • • Systematically discover and catalog process improvements throughout the organization. Conduct in-depth analysis to identify high-impact AI automation opportunities and prioritize initiatives based on a clear understanding of business impact and feasibility.
  • • Develop and deploy AI solution prototypes to rigorously validate proposed approaches, clearly demonstrate value propositions, and inform strategic decisions regarding technology adoption and implementation methodologies.
  • • Lead and direct development resources effectively to build and implement strategic AI solutions. Guide technical teams in the execution of these initiatives, ensuring strict alignment with business objectives and adherence to the highest quality standards.
  • • Delegate tasks strategically to direct and indirect reports, minimizing hands-on involvement in day-to-day operational minutiae. Intervene decisively and strategically only when senior leadership is required to unblock or advance critical AI initiatives.
  • • Identify, quantify, and measure group-level productivity improvements directly resulting from AI adoption. Implement data-driven optimization strategies and robust ROI measurement frameworks to demonstrate tangible benefits.
  • • Embody and promote senior leadership behaviors among staff. Proactively address and combat resistance to AI adoption, fostering an environment where innovative solution recommendations are actively sought from transformation teams and external partners alike.
