  • This role is specifically designed to guide Chief Marketing Officers (CMOs) and their teams through the complex landscape of AI transformation, focusing on AI leadership, strategy, and the practical implementation of AI and agentic AI within marketing workflows, technology stacks, and organizational readiness.
  • You will delve into the disruptive forces impacting B2B and B2C marketing leaders, providing expert advice on how to adapt and thrive in an evolving environment.
  • A significant part of your work will involve evaluative research, including contributing to Gartner's renowned Magic Quadrants, Critical Capabilities reports, Market Guides, and Hype Cycles, with a particular emphasis on AI and related marketing technologies.
  • You will advise marketing leaders on developing responsible, business-aligned AI visions that enhance marketing outcomes, customer experience, and operational efficiency, while meticulously addressing governance, risk mitigation, and ethical considerations.
  • Your expertise will be crucial in helping clients prioritize high-value AI use cases across the entire marketing lifecycle, ensuring that AI initiatives deliver measurable business impact.
  • You will assess and advise on organizational readiness for AI and agentic AI adoption, guiding leaders on the necessary talent, processes, data foundations, and cross-functional collaboration required for successful scaling.
  • You will provide deep insights into buyer needs, market trends, and vendor strengths within key marketing technology areas, with a special focus on the opportunities and risks presented by AI agents and agentic AI across various marketing workflows.
  • You will help clients determine optimal build, buy, or partner strategies for integrating AI agents and agentic AI into their operations.
  • Your day-to-day activities will involve delivering high-quality, actionable advice to an executive client audience through diverse communication channels, including written reports, presentations, and direct client interactions.
