📋 Description
- • Create innovative, thought-provoking, and highly leveraged "must-have insights" content in the domains of digital marketing, commerce, advertising, and product information management (PIM/PXM).
- • Develop actionable insights and recommendations that accelerate clients’ ability to act on complex business challenges in advertising ecosystems, including search, social, retail media, and programmatic advertising.
- • Conduct in-depth analysis to identify root causes of client barriers and reframe thinking to drive strategic decision-making.
- • Establish thought leadership across teams by defining and advancing Gartner’s research positions on digital commerce, PIM, and PXM trends.
- • Research, analyze, and predict market shifts to deliver predictive insights to clients and vendors on emerging technologies including AI, GenAI, and agentic AI.
- • Provide clients and prospects with expert advice through virtual and in-person interactions, including sales support visits and client briefings.
- • Create and deliver high-value presentation materials for Gartner conferences, industry events, and professional association forums.
- • Support BTI and Sales teams by serving as the voice of the market to inform content development and drive client engagement.
- • Conduct high-quality peer reviews of research content to ensure accuracy, depth, and alignment with Gartner methodology.
- • Build and maintain credibility as an industry expert representing Gartner’s research, methodology, and strategic positioning.
- • Actively participate in innovation and ideation sessions with the global Insights community to advance research agendas.
- • Identify and implement improvements to research processes that enhance service delivery and team efficiency.
- • Mentor and coach junior analysts to develop their analytical, writing, and client engagement capabilities.
- • Maintain a client-centric approach by encouraging regular engagement with Gartner insights and interactions.
- • Represent Gartner at large and small-scale speaking engagements with subject matter expertise in digital marketing, commerce, and PIM/PXM.
- • Apply strong business and financial acumen to assess market dynamics and client needs within global competitive landscapes.
- • Work independently while collaborating effectively in a multicultural, matrixed global team environment.
- • Travel up to 25% for client meetings, conferences, and internal events where applicable.
- • Demonstrate executive presence by establishing immediate credibility with C-suite executives and key stakeholders.
- • Maintain excellence in research, writing, analytical synthesis, and presentation skills to communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
- • Navigate highly matrixed environments with agility and adaptability to support evolving research priorities.
- • Apply deep knowledge of advertising, digital commerce, and PIM/PXM vendor ecosystems, including platform selection, operating models, and digital shelf analytics.
- • Leverage understanding of identity resolution, data privacy regulations, attribution, incrementality testing, and marketing analytics in client advisory.
- • Integrate knowledge of GenAI-enabled capabilities in PIM, product experience management, and agentic commerce strategies into client guidance.
