• • Spend 40% of your work week on client calls, providing expert guidance to enterprise leaders and government organizations on ERP adoption, integration, and optimization.
• • Research, analyze, and predict market trends and shifts in the ERP technology landscape, helping clients make informed vendor selection decisions and assisting vendors with market positioning.
• • Create high-quality, must-have research content including papers, presentations, and videos, accounting for 30% of your time, grounded in rigorous research methodologies and industry best practices.
• • Present insights at Gartner conferences, industry events, and client briefings, establishing yourself as a trusted thought leader in ERP technology.
• • Collaborate across global, matrixed research teams to develop consensus positions, peer-review research content, and refine ideas through active participation in research communities.
• • Proactively support internal stakeholders including Sales, Research Engagement Services (RES), and Service teams to enhance client retention and drive business growth.
• • Develop new research initiatives and innovative approaches that accelerate client decision-making and operational outcomes in ERP systems.
• • Build and maintain credibility as a domain expert by representing Gartner’s research, methodology, and strategic viewpoints to senior technology executives.
• • Mentor and coach junior analysts, fostering professional development and strengthening team capabilities.
• • Demonstrate superior analytical skills by applying conceptual models, recognizing patterns in data, and defending well-reasoned conclusions to complex client challenges.
• • Synthesize diverse data sources to identify strategic opportunities and risks in ERP technology adoption, cloud migration, and system consolidation.
