- • As Sr. Director Product, Innovation at LWolf, Inc., you will own the AI product roadmap and drive new capabilities from concept through validation, serving as the connective tissue between AI engineering, go-to-market, and customers to translate strategic vision into shipped product.
- • Day to day, you will define what AI means for real estate brokerages and agents, prototype new AI-powered capabilities, validate them with customers, and hand them off to scale, while building the playbook for how AI features are conceived, validated, and integrated into Lone Wolf's platform.
- • You will join a small, senior Innovation team reporting directly to the Chief Innovation Officer, working alongside engineering and cross-functional leadership to accelerate and augment existing product teams, not operate as a separate track.
- • In this role, you will learn and achieve impact by shaping the AI strategy for a leading real estate software platform, gaining end-to-end ownership of 0-to-1 product development, and influencing how billions in commission data are leveraged in the AI era across 10,000+ brokerages.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in product management or product leadership, with a track record of bringing 0-to-1 products to market.
- • Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies and their application in real-world business contexts, particularly in SaaS or enterprise platforms.
- • Strong ability to collaborate across engineering, go-to-market, and customer-facing teams to align vision with execution.
- • Experience working in real estate, proptech, or adjacent industries is a plus.
- • Demonstrated skill in defining product strategy, conducting customer validation, and managing cross-functional product development lifecycles.
