- • Lead and scale the Home Medical Equipment (HME) SaaS revenue engine by owning end-to-end sales strategy and execution for the HME segment.
- • Directly manage, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals including new business, account management, and hybrid roles to drive consistent quota attainment.
- • Establish clear performance expectations, KPIs, and accountability frameworks across the sales organization to ensure alignment with company revenue and growth objectives.
- • Drive a high-performance, customer-centric sales culture focused on long-term client relationships and retention within the HME provider ecosystem.
- • Achieve and exceed bookings, annual recurring revenue (ARR), and customer retention targets across small business, mid-market, and enterprise HME customers.
- • Oversee end-to-end pipeline generation, forecasting accuracy, and deal execution for complex consultative sales cycles in the healthcare technology space.
- • Actively participate in strategic and enterprise-level deal negotiations with HME owners, operators, and clinical leaders to secure large-scale contracts.
- • Build and maintain trusted executive relationships with key decision-makers across the HME industry to position Parachute Health as a trusted technology partner.
- • Collaborate closely with Marketing to design and execute vertical-specific demand generation campaigns and messaging tailored to HME providers.
- • Partner with Customer Success to ensure seamless handoffs, drive product adoption, maximize renewals, and identify upsell opportunities post-sale.
- • Coordinate with Strategic Partnerships teams to leverage joint opportunities with manufacturers and integrated healthcare platforms.
- • Implement, optimize, and enforce standardized sales processes, playbooks, and CRM discipline to improve efficiency and predictability in sales operations.
- • Gather and synthesize market and customer insights from sales interactions to inform product roadmap decisions and go-to-market strategy.
- • Maintain deep understanding of SaaS metrics including ARR, CAC, churn, and expansion to guide sales strategy and resource allocation.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5-10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, preferably in SaaS
- • Direct experience selling to Home Medical Equipment (HME), DME, or closely related healthcare providers
- • Proven track record of leading and scaling sales teams with consistent quota attainment
- • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, CAC, churn, expansion)
- • Experience managing complex, consultative sales cycles
