- • As a Sr Director - Solution Engineer / Technical Architect, you will play a key part in enabling growth within the data, analytics and AI space, reporting directly to the Head of Data and AI Advisory Services, and driving value from clients’ data assets through strategic architecture and transformation programs.
- • Day to day, you will lead cross-functional planning sessions, manage program budgets from $3M+, oversee execution of deliverables, serve as primary client contact for stakeholder presentations and status sessions, and lead matrixed teams of 15-30 professionals across creative, strategy, data science, development, and media disciplines.
- • You will join Dentsu Aegis Network Ltd., a leading marketing agency operating under the Merkle brand, working with Fortune 500 and global clients on cutting-edge data, AI, and Agentic journey programs in a fast-paced, hybrid agency environment that values thought leadership and seamless execution.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in enterprise-scale data and AI transformation, strengthen executive presence through C-level engagements, drive $5M-$10M account growth targets, and advance your career by shaping future-ready architectures while fostering innovation across global teams and external partners.
🎯 Requirements
- • 15+ years of IT experience with background in enabling growth on accounts in the data, cloud, analytics and AI space
- • Experience working with Fortune 500 clients and global brands
- • Experience presenting to executives
- • Experience overseeing and ensuring delivery of large Data / AI Transformation programs
- • Proficiency in project management tools (Smartsheet, Jira, Microsoft Project, or similar)
- • Experience managing large, diverse teams in matrixed environments
