Sr. Engineer, Sourcing LCM (Home Product)

📋 Description

• • As a Sr. Engineer, Sourcing LCM (Home Product) at Stanley Black & Decker, you will lead strategic sourcing for key home product categories including cleaning, cooking, garment care, beverage and food preparation, managing ~$40M in global spend to drive service, quality, and total cost of ownership improvements.
• • Day to day, you will develop and execute global sourcing strategies, negotiate and manage supplier contracts, conduct supplier performance reviews, identify and mitigate supply chain risks, lead cross-functional initiatives with Engineering, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Logistics, and build cost reduction projects using lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
