- • As a Sr. Experience UX Lead, you will play a critical role in shaping user-centered design strategies that directly impact TIAA’s digital products and services, ensuring intuitive, accessible, and engaging experiences for users across financial platforms.
- • Day to day, you will collaborate with technology, product, development, and marketing teams to lead UX initiatives, conduct user research, create wireframes and prototypes, advocate for user needs in cross-functional meetings, and translate business goals into effective design solutions.
- • You will join TIAA’s UX and design team within a large, mission-driven financial services organization committed to helping people achieve financial security in retirement and beyond.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in financial domain UX, lead complex design projects from concept to delivery, mentor junior designers, and contribute to elevating TIAA’s reputation for excellence in user experience within the financial industry.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of professional UX design experience required; 7+ years preferred
- • University degree preferred
- • Prior experience in financial data visualization or personal finance tools is preferred
- • Some prior knowledge of financial industry products is preferred
- • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, development, and marketing
- • Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
