- • The Senior Field Marketing Manager will drive all marketing efforts across the three sub-regions in India (North, West & South), building, managing, and optimizing field marketing strategies to maximize contribution to pipeline and revenue.
- • Day to day responsibilities include defining region-specific marketing plans aligned with global goals, planning and hosting online and offline events to generate sales opportunities, executing integrated field campaigns across email, digital, social and other channels, supporting sales teams in driving MQLs and SQLs, collaborating with Developer Relations to build developer communities, using martech tools to personalize customer experiences, monitoring and reporting marketing ROI, managing regional budgets, and supporting other marketing projects as needed.

- • In this role, the person will learn to lead regional field marketing strategy in a high-growth tech environment, gain expertise in ABM and intent-based platforms, strengthen cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, Solution Architects, SDR, Developer Relations, and Partner teams, and develop data-driven decision-making skills using advanced martech tools while contributing directly to revenue growth in a priority market.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s in marketing or related discipline
- • 10+ years of related marketing experience, ideally in field marketing or demand generation
- • Proven experience carrying out marketing efforts, including planning, prioritizing, and implementing strategy
- • Knowledge of marketing tools such as Marketo and Salesforce, proficient in using or embracing new AI tools like Chat GPT, Glean, Gemini etc.
- • Experience partnering with an enterprise sales team
- • Strong Communication skills across written, oral and presentations
- • Highly organized and proficient at managing multiple projects at the same time
- • You are entrepreneurial and work well in a rapidly changing environment
- • You are creative, innovative, and always think outside the box
- • You are metric driven and can draw insight from complex marketing data
- • Confident with a dynamic personality
- • Have experience managing people
