- • Develop and implement reimbursement strategies and programs to secure coverage, coding, and payment.
- • Provide direction and oversight for bid submissions, contract performance analysis, and follow-up.
- • Offer reimbursement-related advice to product development, marketing, sales, regulatory, clinical, and business leaders.
- • Identify payer opportunities and issues, implementing programs to resolve barriers to entry for the company's products or therapies.
- • Collaborate with Health Economics staff to evaluate the economic impact of therapies/products on payers, including government entities.
- • Create and deliver training and education programs to sales force, physicians, home care agencies, case managers, hospital Chief Financial Officers, medical directors, billing personnel, and pharmacists in clinics and hospitals.
- • Oversee multiple projects, ensuring goals are met through self-directed work and oversight, impacting project performance and success, and contributing to the overall business strategy.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments and external stakeholders to drive reimbursement initiatives and influence the development and implementation of reimbursement strategies that affect the company's market access and revenue.
- • Make key decisions affecting project outcomes and reimbursement strategies, operating with a high level of autonomy, requiring advanced problem-solving and decision-making skills.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school+15 yrs; Assoc.+11 yrs; M.S.+4 yrs; PhD+3 yrs)
- • The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
- • 7 Years of Relevant Experience
