• • As a Sr. Financial Analyst at PointClickCare Technologies Inc., you will play a pivotal role within our dynamic Finance team, contributing significantly to the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting processes. This position is instrumental in preparing comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting principles and regulatory requirements. You will be a key contributor to the creation of critical financial documents, including materials for the Audit Committee, investor relations, and other stakeholders, providing them with clear, concise, and insightful financial data.
• • Your responsibilities will extend to supporting complex transaction accounting research. This involves delving into intricate financial scenarios, analyzing their accounting implications, and providing well-reasoned recommendations. You will also be at the forefront of implementing new accounting standards and policies, ensuring that PointClickCare remains compliant and ahead of evolving financial landscapes. This requires a deep understanding of accounting pronouncements and the ability to translate them into practical application within the organization.

• • You will collaborate closely with various internal teams, including accounting, FP&A, and business units, to gather information, ensure data accuracy, and provide financial insights that support strategic decision-making. • • For remote roles, there will be in-office events requiring travel to Mississauga and/or Salt Lake City offices for onboarding, team events, and semi-annual/annual meetings. For hybrid roles, residing within commutable distance to the specified office is expected for weekly/bi-weekly/monthly team events.
