📋 Description

• As a Sr. Full Stack Engineer (Angular/Java/Typescript) at TrueLogic Company, you will play a critical role in scaling and evolving a high-impact vertical SaaS platform serving the field services and pest control industry, directly contributing to the digital transformation of essential business operations through scalable, secure, and user-centric technology.
• Your work will focus on designing, developing, and maintaining full-stack features that power core platform capabilities such as scheduling, CRM, billing, and reporting, ensuring reliability and performance for U.S.-based clients ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies.
• Day to day, you will design and develop scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot, building robust, maintainable APIs and microservices that handle complex business logic and data workflows.
• You will build modern, responsive frontend applications using Angular and TypeScript, translating product requirements into intuitive user interfaces that enhance usability and adoption across field service workflows.
• You will collaborate closely with product, design, and cross-functional engineering teams in an agile environment to refine requirements, estimate effort, and deliver incremental value aligned with customer needs and business goals.
• You will write clean, testable, and well-documented code, actively participate in peer code reviews, and uphold engineering best practices to ensure long-term maintainability and system integrity.
• You will optimize application performance, identify and resolve bottlenecks, and implement security best practices to protect sensitive customer and operational data in production environments.
• You will troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently, leveraging monitoring, logging, and debugging tools to minimize downtime and ensure high availability.
• You will explore and integrate AI-assisted development tools to improve coding efficiency, accelerate feature delivery, and stay at the forefront of modern engineering practices.
• You will work within a distributed, high-caliber team of over 600 Latin American-based technologists, partnering with innovative U.S. companies on mission-critical projects that drive real-world impact.

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot for building scalable backend services and microservices
• Expertise in Angular and TypeScript for developing modern, responsive frontend applications
• Experience with REST API design, relational databases (MySQL or similar), Git, and CI/CD pipelines
