📋 Description

• As a Sr. Full Stack Engineer (Angular/Java/Typescript) at TrueLogic Company, you will play a pivotal role in scaling and evolving a high-impact vertical SaaS platform serving the field services and pest control industry, directly contributing to the digital transformation of mission-critical business operations for U.S.-based clients.
• Your work will ensure the platform remains performant, secure, and scalable as it grows to meet increasing customer demands, enabling seamless scheduling, CRM, billing, and reporting workflows through modern, cloud-native architecture.
• Day to day, you will design and develop robust backend services using Java and Spring Boot, building scalable microservices that power core platform functionality.
• You will build and maintain modern, responsive frontend applications using Angular and TypeScript, translating complex business workflows into intuitive user interfaces.
• You will collaborate closely with product, design, and cross-functional engineering teams to refine requirements, implement features, and ensure alignment with customer needs and business goals.
• You will write clean, maintainable, and testable code, actively participate in code reviews, and uphold engineering best practices to ensure long-term system health and quality.
• You will optimize application performance, enforce security best practices, and troubleshoot production issues to maintain high availability and reliability.
• You will leverage AI-assisted development tools to enhance coding efficiency, accelerate feature delivery, and stay at the forefront of modern software engineering practices.
• You will work within a distributed, high-caliber team of over 600 Latin American-based technologists partnered with leading U.S. companies, gaining exposure to enterprise-grade projects and innovative SaaS product development.

• Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot for building scalable backend services and RESTful APIs
• Strong experience with Angular and TypeScript for developing modern, maintainable frontend applications
• Hands-on experience with relational databases (MySQL or similar), Git, and CI/CD pipelines for version control and automated deployment
