• • The Sr. Global Product Manager, Gene Solutions at GenScript Biotech Corporation is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving the success of the Molecular Biology business’s key product lines, particularly in antibody expression solutions. This role is critical to translating scientific innovation into market-ready products that address unmet customer needs in life sciences research, directly supporting GenScript’s mission to be the most reliable biotech company improving human and environmental health through biotechnology.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include leading New Product Introduction (NPI) projects from concept through launch for antibody expression services, conducting Voice of Customer (VoC) initiatives and market research to identify unmet needs and shape product requirements, managing the full product lifecycle including P&L oversight, roadmap development, pricing strategy, and process optimization, enabling global commercial teams with training and on-market support, collaborating with Marketing to develop go-to-market (GTM) strategies and create compelling collateral, and partnering closely with R&D and Production to translate customer feedback into service enhancements and new capabilities.
