- • As a Sr. Growth Marketing Manager-Retail/OEM at Assurant, you will drive messaging, positioning, and materials for consumer and B2B audiences to support top retail and OEM clients, using data and insights to optimize program performance and strengthen client partnerships.
- • Day to day, you will lead with a consumer-first mindset, translate business goals into compelling positioning and storytelling, act as a strategic partner for accounts, develop and execute data-driven omnichannel marketing strategies, and continuously optimize campaigns using performance data to improve conversion, engagement, and lifetime value.
- • You will join Assurant’s expanding Retail-OEM Growth Marketing team—a non-traditional, collaborative group of individual contributors who work cross-functionally to deliver results for major clients in a dynamic, innovative environment.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Product Management, Business Administration or another related field.
- • Minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience in marketing with strong focus in digital marketing, ecommerce, consumer marketing, B2B marketing, marketing research, and analytics.
- • Minimum of 5 years of consumer marketing experience, including product positioning, promotions, and multi-channel campaigns, with a proven track record of partnering with clients and cross-functional teams to drive results and maximize return through effective marketing strategy and execution.
