- • As a Sr. GTM Recruiter at Ambient AI Inc., you will lead and scale the non-engineering hiring engine, focusing on critical Go-to-Market functions including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, playing a pivotal role in supporting the company’s ambitious growth goals by attracting and hiring world-class business talent.
- • You will manage full-cycle recruiting for 5-8 priority GTM and Customer Success requisitions at a time, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and close, with a focus on closing Director-level and senior talent using strong business acumen and startup value proposition storytelling.
- • You will partner closely with GTM and Corporate leadership as a strategic advisor on workforce planning, forecasting talent needs, and sharing real-time market intelligence on compensation and recruiting trends to inform hiring strategy.
- • You will continuously refine and improve the end-to-end GTM recruiting process to ensure a smooth, equitable, and high-quality candidate experience, leveraging data and feedback to drive process excellence.
- • You will thrive in Ambient.ai’s hybrid work environment, collaborating with teams in the Redwood City office three days a week while contributing to a mission-driven culture focused on preventing security incidents through innovative AI-powered physical security solutions.
- • You will help build a safer world by enabling the company to scale its GTM teams with top-tier talent that supports its mission to make every security incident preventable, backed by leading investors and trusted by Fortune 500 and top tech companies.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of full-cycle non-technical/GTM recruiting experience, specifically hiring for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success functions.
- • Prior startup experience with a proven ability to thrive as a self-starter in a fast-moving, ambiguous, and decentralized environment.
- • Demonstrated success in personally sourcing and closing a wide range of non-technical roles, from high-volume contributors to executive and Director-level leaders.
- • Expert-level proficiency with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Ashby) and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Juicebox.
- • Highly organized, metrics-driven mindset with exceptional communication skills for building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers globally.
