- • The Sr. Industry Advisor at CDW Corporation serves as a strategic thought leader and subject matter expert for the retail industry, guiding senior customer leaders to improve customer experience, increase store productivity, and reduce business risk through technology solutions.
- • Day to day, the role involves developing go-to-market strategies, driving revenue and profit growth, maintaining partner ecosystems, leading professional development workshops, representing CDW at industry conferences, conducting market analysis, and educating sales teams on retail market dynamics and CDW capabilities.
- • CDW is a Fortune 500, S&P 500 multi-brand provider of IT solutions serving business, government, education, and healthcare customers across the U.S., U.K., and Canada, committed to helping clients maximize technology ROI through a culture of trust, connection, and commitment.
- • In this role, the individual will deepen their expertise in retail technology trends, strengthen executive-level customer and vendor relationships, shape industry thought leadership through conference presentations and board participation, and directly influence CDW’s strategic direction and customer-facing solutions.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience
- • 5+ years of technology or line of business leadership in the Retail industry
- • Deep understanding of the retail vertical environment, including funding, investments, and use of information technology

- • Base salary plus bonus plan with OTE estimate of $192,000 - $246,000
