• • The Senior IT Portfolio Management Professional partners with business, technology, and product stakeholders across the Insurance value chain to align the IT portfolio and demand pipeline with enterprise priorities, ensuring strategic alignment and effective resource allocation.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include organizing and prioritizing programs and projects in alignment with IT Strategy, Enterprise Architecture guidelines, Delivery roadmaps, and segment-level strategic plans; balancing discretionary and non-discretionary spend; evaluating funding against annual portfolio budgets; managing intake/throughput capacity; adjusting schedules; and ensuring proper financial and organizational support for priority work.
• • The role operates within Humana Inc., a leading U.S. healthcare company dedicated to improving health outcomes for millions through its insurance services and CenterWell healthcare services, with a mission to deliver care when and where it's needed.
