- • As a Sr. IT Software Engineer (.Net) at Prime Therapeutics, you will lead the design and ownership of technology solutions that directly impact the delivery of pharmacy care services, ensuring systems are resilient, stable, and operationally ready to support critical healthcare operations.
- • You will drive innovation and continuous improvement in software development practices while mentoring team members and influencing technical direction across platforms, contributing to Prime’s mission of connecting care beyond profits.
- • Day to day, you will lead the design of technology solutions to meet resiliency, stability, non-functional, functional, and operational readiness use cases, ensuring systems perform reliably under varying loads and conditions.
- • You will lead ongoing development, maintenance, and support of existing systems and platforms, applying .Net, SQL, and Visual Studio expertise to enhance functionality and address technical debt.
- • You will manage work direction, lead, influence, and provide feedback to other team members, fostering collaboration and technical excellence within the engineering team.
- • You will participate in staffing plans to identify subject matter experts (SMEs) and provide input for staff performance reviews, helping to build team capability and align talent with project needs.
- • You will own technology solutions within your area, including proactive monitoring and alerting, maintaining technological roadmaps, and communicating system health and future sustainability to stakeholders.
- • You will drive innovation and continuous improvement by evaluating emerging technologies, proposing enhancements, and implementing best practices in software engineering and DevOps-adjacent workflows.
- • You will work within a purpose-driven organization that prioritizes equitable access to pharmacy care, where your technical contributions directly support improved health outcomes for members across the United States.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
- • 5 years of experience with application development or package software implementation
- • Experience with .Net, SQL, and Visual Studio
- • Strong problem-solving and analysis skills, with ability to transition abstract concepts into stable, supportable software solutions
- • Excellent documentation skills and ability to present technical and non-technical material to diverse audiences
- • Ability to drive innovation, think forward, and demonstrate decisiveness and judgment in technical decision-making
