• • The Sr Manager, Coding Auditing & Education leads a team of Auditors who conduct hospital and provider audits for external clients, ensuring accurate coding and compliance with reimbursement standards.
• • Day to day responsibilities include directing audit projects, preparing and presenting audit findings to clients, interviewing and training auditors, monitoring performance to maintain 95%+ quality standards, collaborating with sales on proposals and client discovery, analyzing coding and documentation issues for revenue enhancement, managing project budgets, and participating in finance reviews.
