- • Lead the development of the EMEA Market Access value communication strategy by integrating clinical outcomes, health economic evidence, and real-world insights into a consistent and compelling narrative.
- • Design and maintain scalable value communication tools, frameworks, and playbooks adaptable across diverse EMEA market contexts.
- • Develop new payer and stakeholder engagement strategies and service concepts to transition interactions from transactional to value-based dialogue.
- • Lead the value strategy component of priority tenders, ensuring clear articulation and quantification of Dexcom’s value proposition.
- • Enable country teams with value frameworks, messaging, and business-case logic to support competitive differentiation in tender processes.
- • Identify value evidence needs required to strengthen tender value propositions and inform upstream evidence-generation priorities.
- • Collaborate with Market Access leadership to assess existing capabilities, identify gaps, and prioritize value communication needs.
- • Support country teams with clear, concise system-value messaging and pull-through narratives in partnership with Commercial and Sales leadership.
- • Work across matrixed organizations to align commercial, clinical, and economic perspectives in market access initiatives.
- • Translate strategic objectives into practical, actionable direction in ambiguous or complex market environments.
- • Apply strong analytical skills and business acumen to evaluate market access opportunities and optimize value communication approaches.
- • Maintain proficiency in English to communicate effectively with global stakeholders and teams.
- • Travel 15-25% to support market access activities across EMEA regions.
- • Operate from a home office with no requirement to live within commuting distance of a Dexcom site; hybrid working options available if near a Dexcom location.
🎯 Requirements
- • 13+ years of related experience in commercial market access and tender environments at country or EMEA level
- • Proven ability to develop clear value narratives combining clinical, economic, and commercial perspectives
- • Experience designing scalable tools, frameworks, or engagement models for diverse market settings
- • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills in matrix organizations
- • Solid understanding of health economics and evidence-based value communication
- • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
