Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Lead and inspire a high-impact team of 2–3 data scientists who are redefining how Terminix acquires, engages, and retains customers. You will serve as both coach and strategist—setting ambitious goals, providing hands-on mentorship, and creating a culture of continuous learning that keeps us at the forefront of data-driven marketing.
- • Own the end-to-end roadmap for marketing analytics across the Rentokil family of brands. From attribution modeling and customer lifetime value to next-best-product offers and media-mix optimization, you will prioritize initiatives that unlock millions in incremental revenue and measurable ROI.
- • Translate complex business questions into rigorous analytical frameworks. You will scope experiments, design statistical tests, and deploy machine-learning models that move the needle on campaign performance, customer segmentation, pricing elasticity, and demand forecasting.
- • Champion production-grade data science. Partner with Data Engineering to build scalable pipelines on AWS, leverage Spark for large-scale processing, and implement MLOps practices that ensure models remain accurate, ethical, and explainable once in production.
- • Serve as the primary analytics advisor to senior marketing and product leaders. Deliver concise, compelling narratives that turn intricate model outputs into clear, actionable recommendations—whether in the boardroom or in sprint reviews with channel owners.
- • Drive a culture of experimentation. Design A/B and multivariate testing programs that validate creative, audience, and spend decisions across search, social, email, and offline channels, ensuring every dollar is accountable.
- • Stay ahead of the curve. Evaluate emerging techniques—causal inference, uplift modeling, reinforcement learning—and pilot them where they can create defensible competitive advantage.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, IT, Finance, and Customer Experience teams to ensure data science solutions align with operational realities and amplify enterprise value.
- • Maintain the highest standards of data integrity and governance. Establish QA processes, documentation, and monitoring that safeguard customer privacy and comply with all regulatory requirements.
- • Foster external thought leadership. Represent Terminix at conferences, publish white-papers, and contribute to open-source projects that elevate our brand as an innovator in marketing analytics.

- • Demonstrated success deploying machine-learning models from development through production in modern cloud stacks (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- • Deep expertise in marketing analytics techniques such as attribution modeling, CLTV, segmentation, media-mix modeling, and experimental design
