- • As a Senior Manager, Global Customer Success Operations at Dandy Technology, Inc., you will lead and scale the Training organization across the U.S., Canada, and international markets, overseeing field and virtual training teams responsible for delivering an exceptional onboarding experience to new dental practices.
- • You will manage a team of Training and Operations Managers, drive performance through OKRs and coaching, own global training operations including capacity planning and scheduling, define and track KPIs for onboarding quality and trainer productivity, build leadership capability within the team, collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Clinical teams, oversee end-to-end training logistics, identify and address operational bottlenecks, and champion the customer experience through consistent, high-quality onboarding.
