- • Lead and develop a team of seven sourcing professionals while driving category strategies across the full vendor lifecycle in partnership with senior leadership, spanning IT, Claims, Facilities, Professional Services, Marketing, and HR.
- • Develop short, medium, and long-term category spend strategies focused on savings, vendor service optimization, knowledge transfer, brand alignment, and other soft sourcing objectives.
- • Mentor and lead contract construction, negotiations, and policy interpretation for subordinates, clients, suppliers, and stakeholders; enable expert-level negotiation strategies for assigned contracts and categories.
- • Establish and drive client and supplier expectations for win-win negotiation outcomes; hire, motivate, and retain top talent; direct and assure the success of goals and work of various levels of sourcing specialists.
- • Work with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers to create documents adhering to approved sourcing processes; conduct research to improve sourcing processes; partner with stakeholders to ensure business needs are addressed and articulated.
- • Promote the value of procurement across the business; oversee intake, triage, savings, sourcing pipeline, and diversity and sustainability initiatives; enable effective collaboration across the enterprise.

🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of relevant procurement, consultation, and sourcing experience
- • Bachelor’s degree or 10 years equivalent business experience
- • Excellent analytical, negotiation, project management, problem solving, and leadership skills
- • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and applicable business software
- • Ability to understand, draft, and negotiate contracts at nearly any/all levels of complexity and/or dollar thresholds
- • Above average knowledge and understanding of industry contracting methods, operational norms, supplier demands, and market trends
- • Professional presence, advance collaboration skills, ethics above reproach, outstanding writing and contractual drafting skills
- • Major and complex deal negotiation experience
- • Category spend analysis expertise
- • People leader with ability to present ideas, sell concepts, build and manage high performing teams
