📋 Description

• As Sr Manager, Support at Saviynt Inc., you will lead the Global Support organization to ensure operational excellence in delivering enterprise identity solutions that safeguard digital assets and enable secure AI adoption for Fortune 500 companies and government institutions.
• You will shape the future operational architecture and infrastructure for multi-tenant, microservices-based SaaS platforms while maturing incident and problem management processes to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
• You will work within Saviynt’s SaaS Operations team, which runs cloud services built on AWS, GCP, and Azure with a global presence, focusing on operational excellence and attracting top industry talent.
• You will drive process improvements, influence decision-making with senior leadership, and help build scalable customer experiences by aligning support strategy with product innovation and customer success goals.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience managing large-scale SaaS cloud operations and support in a multi-tenant, microservices-based environment.
• Strong technical and organizational skills with demonstrated ability to shape operational architecture and infrastructure.
• Experience maturing incident and problem management processes to improve customer satisfaction and service reliability.
• Ability to influence decision-making and collaborate effectively with senior leadership teams.
• Background in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and enterprise SaaS environments.
• Track record of building and leading high-performing support teams in global, distributed settings.
